P-CCS elementary (Kindergarten through 5th grade) families have the opportunity to select the learning experience they prefer for their student(s) for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year. Elementary families will have until Wednesday, November 10 at 11:59 p.m. to make their selection. We are asking that ONLY families wishing a change complete the form. This switch will change your child’s teacher.

Beginning Wednesday, December 1, P-CCS secondary (6th through 12th grade) families will have the opportunity to select the learning experience they prefer for their student(s) for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year. This will be the only opportunity to change placement for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year.
Elementary families that want to change from in-person to the Virtual Academy can complete this enrollment form (direct URL: https://forms.gle/1uz3VCfRNDyLpB8UA). You will receive a confirmation email after you submit the form.
Elementary families that are currently attending the elementary Virtual Academy will receive a personal communication with the link from the elementary Virtual Academy coordinator. The secondary link will be made available on December 1, 2021.

Field will be hosting our annual bookfair. Families can shop on their own from now through November 19th at this link or they can type in https://efairs.follettbookfairs.com/ and use the fair code: MW8K7. Books from the website will ship to the school after the Thanksgiving break. If the package is a secret from your child please mark that on the order, otherwise, we will distribute it to the children to take home.
There is a schedule and students will have the opportunity to visit the bookfair
and shop during their library class time.
