PCCS : P-CEP Releases Updated 2021-22 Test-Out Information

P-CEP administration has released updated course test out information and dates for the 2021-22 academic year. 

Students are reminded that: 

● Registration for Test Outs must be completed online on the Test Out Registration Form (will be available once registration opens)
● WINTER Registration Begins: November 8, 2021 and the deadline is December 17, 2021.
● SPRING Registration Begins: February 14, 2022 and the deadline is March 25, 2022.
● Passing the test places students in the next level of the subject area (if the subject is sequential like Math or World Language, etc).
● The NCAA does not accept test out credit as credit for future college‐bound student athletes.
● Passing is determined by a score of 80% or higher.
● If a student does not pass the test out for a course that is required for graduation, they must take that course on schedule with their graduation year classmates. For example: U.S. History & Geography is a 10th grade class, students can take the test out prior to 10th grade and if they do not pass by the start of their 10th grade year, they must take the course as a 10th grade student.
