Sex Offender Caught Distributing Child Pornography: Police

Authorities say the Pontiac man, already a convicted sex offender, was caught distributing child pornography online.

PONTIAC, MI — A 45-year-old Pontiac man has been arrested on child pornography charges, according to a release from the Michigan State Police. James Suzor was the subject of an investigation that began in early July.

Suzor, a convicted sex offender, is accused of possessing child sexually abusive material and distributing it online.

The Thursday, Aug. 8 press release from MSP says Suzor was arraigned that day.

He's being charged with two counts of aggravated distributing of child sexually abusive material, one count of using a computer to commit a crime and one count of possession of child sexually abusive material.

Suzor is being held on $250,000 cash bond.
