The following is the agenda when the Royal Oak City Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. for its regular meeting on the third floor of City Hall.

• Employee suggestion program recommendation 
• Approval of appointment of Lisa Kimmel to Commission for the Arts 
• Approval of appointment of Bruce Baker to Animal Review Board 
• Approval of intergovernmental agreement with the Village of Beverly Hills and Southfield Township for Building Official and inspection services 
• Planning Commission recommendation to rezone portion of East Fourth Street
• Approval of Special Land Use Permit and Site Plan that would permit consideration of an increase in building occupancy and also establishment of a “residential accessory off-street parking lot” for Luna, an existing bar at 1815 N. Main St.
