Federal 2021 tax forms:

• The 1040 instruction booklet (these include the 1040 and other major tax forms); and the MI-1040CR-7 Home Heating Credit Claim booklet (these, too, include the major related tax forms).
• The library has received U.S. 1040/1040-SR Instruction booklets.
• The library has received the Individual 1040 and 1040-SR forms.
• Visit the IRS site https://www.irs.gov/forms-instructions for forms and further information.
• For the U.S. Individual 1040 form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf to print the U.S.
• For the U.S. Individual 1040-SR form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s.pdf

FYI: Federal tax forms are due on April 18, 2022 this year (except for Maine and Massachusetts taxpayers) due to the Emancipation Day holiday in Washington, DC.
Michigan 2021 tax forms:

• The library has not yet received paper 2021 tax forms. They are expected mid-February.
