Cream Blends owners Yolanda and Rick Williams will open a new retail space in Royal Oak Feb. 10. The couple, whose line includes body butters, soaps and oils, put $50,000 into renovations at the new shop, according to Crain’s Detroit Business. The space at 202 W. Fourth St will serve as Cream Blends’ flagship location.

Rick Williams’ other retail business, a sneaker and accessory store called Burn Rubber, is just around the corner. The new Cream Blends boutique will offer classes and workshops, too. While Yolanda Williams declined to provide Crain’s with any lease details, she did say that the shop will occupy the Fourth Street location for at least three years.

Cream Blends' line of products includes soaps, oils, creams and candles with scents including oatmeal honey, vanilla and white tea.
