What's your most popular product or service? 

Our Evaluation Hire program is our most popular service. It allows the companies we serve to evaluate their new associate and our associate to evaluate their relationship with the new employer before taking a permanent position. This service helps focus everyone's efforts to build a successful working environment and significantly reduces turnover.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

We are heavily involved in working in our community. Citizenship is very important to us and we are dedicated to giving back in any ways we can. We have a great relationship with Children's Miracle Network and Beaumont Hospital and each year we have a "Brand It Blue" day (this year will be June 8, 2013) where we invite all our clients and associates to take a day for community service and involvement in our area. It is open to the public and we invite anyone to contact us to be involved!

March, 2013

How did your business come to be? 

We recognized the need in the area for an organization to help companies find new talent and to assist a community full of great workers find employment. Right now is a great time for people to start looking for new opportunities as many companies are starting to expand and continue to rev up with the economy. The Greater Metro Detroit area is a perfect example of a population of skilled individuals and successful companies and we simple help match them with one another to continue Michigan's growth.

Why did you choose the area you did?

Royal Oak really stood out to us, it's a great central location for the area we work in and our office is rooted in the middle of the community. We serve Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Ferndale, Oak Park, Hazel Park and Highland Park. The Woodward Corridor as we call it. Our office at 4th and Campbell in Royal Oak is a centralized location for all our applicants and associates.
