Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit Hosts Artists Show

Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit will be hosting the Gilda’s Artists Show, featuring art from Gilda’s Club members. Pieces will be displayed throughout the clubhouse. There will also be entertainment provided by The Red Sea Pedestrians and Gilda’s Uke Group. The show is Friday, Aug. 30, from 1-3 p.m. at Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit, 3517 Rochester Rd.

The Red Sea Pedestrians, from Kalamazoo, Michigan, are an Americana band featuring five talented vocalists and musicians. Their lively music has made them the talk of the Michigan independent acoustic community.

The Gilda’s Artists Show is free and open to the public, but donations to are always welcome. Advanced registration is recommended. Please call 248-577-0800 to RSVP. Food at the show will be potluck style – please bring a dish to pass.
