ROYAL OAK, MI — Royal Oak police in the past couple weeks have dealt with multiple cases of malicious destruction of property, a car theft, burglary from a car, stolen bikes and more. Here's a list of what they've been up to.

A complainant reported an unknown suspect painted graffiti on the Amtrak shelter enclosure at Lafayette and Sherman between 5:45 p.m. on July 29 and the same time on Aug. 4.

Vehicle Theft
A man reported that sometime between 9 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., somebody stole his 2000 Ford parked in the street in the 200 block of N. Connecticut.
Aug. 5
Malicious Destruction of Property
A complainant reported that a former employee entered their business, the Moe Luvly Nail Spa in the 30200 block of Woodward Avenue, and damaged multiple items inside.
Aug. 6
Larceny from Motor Vehicle
A woman reported that between 6 and 11:30 p.m., somebody stole her license plate from her vehicle parked in the 3600 block of 13 Mile Rd.

A man reported his unlocked Boss Three bicycle was stolen from outside the Royal Oak Library in the 200 block of E. 11 Mile around 2:40 p.m. A suspect was identified and arrested a few hours later.

A man reported his unlocked Trek FX2 bicycle was stolen from outside the Healthy Fresh Cafe in the 3300 block of Rochester Road between 4 and 4:30 p.m.
Aug. 7
A woman reported her license plate was stolen from her car parked in the 800 block of N. Main between 1 and 1:45 p.m.
