ROHS Principal Appointment Recommendation on School Board Meeting Agenda
Board members and administrators to discuss pricinpal appointment, expanding the closed campus policy at Royal Oak High School, computer purchases and more.
Royal Oak residents are invited to hear an update on the school district's budget and technology plans as well as express their thoughts in public comment during Thursday's regular Board of Education meeting.
Also included on the agenda for discussion:
- an upgrade of Royal Oak High School's video system from DVR to a web-based solution
- district-wide purchases of desktop and tablet computers for district staff
- recommendation to expand the closed campus policy at Royal Oak High School to include grade 11, in addition to grades 9 and 10, beginning in the 2013-2014 school year
- recommendation for principal appointment to replace Interim Principal Jim Moll at Royal Oak High School
The Board of Education meets at 7 p.m. inside the board offices at 1123 Lexington Blvd.
