Royal Oak Man Wanted For Stealing Construction Materials
Police pursued the U Haul that reportedly had stolen materials from a new construction site, but the men fled on foot.

OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, MI — A 31-year-old Royal Oak man is one of three suspects wanted for stealing a U Haul from a construction site in Oakland Township.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a larceny investigation at the Blossom Ridge Senior Living and saw three men loading a U Haul with the building materials designated for the new project.
The employee questioned the three men but they fled away in the U Haul, according to the report. Police found the U Haul, made a traffic stop and the three men fled on foot, police said.

The men wanted include the Royal Oak man and a third unknown suspect. A 47-year-old man from Chesterfield Township was arrested in the case.
Authorities will continue with the investigation.
