Royal Oak Residents, Are You Signed Up For Civic Ready?
The Royal Oak Police have released 'Civic Ready,' an automatic program that alerts you of emergencies.
ROYAL OAK, MI — Royal Oak residents, receive advance warning of emergencies by signing up for the Royal Oak Police department's free Civic Ready program.
Civic Ready lets you sign up for voice, text or email alerts regarding emergencies including: droughts, earthquakes, extreme heat, flooding, hazardous materials, pandemic, severe weather, thunderstorms and lightning, tornadoes and winter storms, and updates from the Department of State and World Health Organization.
