REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Project: Ann Arbor District Library Lawn and Snow services.

Locations: Downtown- 343 S. 5th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

Pittsfield Branch- 2359 Oak Valley Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103

Malletts Creek Branch- 3090 E. Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48108

Traverwood Branch- 3333 Traverwood Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105

Description: Three-year contract for Lawn and Snow removal at (4) different AADL locations.
Landscape maintenance is NOT included.

Scope of work includes:

Lawn Maintenance, all locations
Snow removal, all locations.

Separate pricing will need to be provided for each AADL location.

Site visits are not required but are strongly encouraged. Bidders can schedule site visits by
emailing lemoriel@aadl.org

Contract: Three-year contract for each service beginning 4/15/2021, ending 4/15/2024

Bid Due Date: All bids are due no later than 3/15/2021 at 3:00 p.m.
