Community Hoedown-All are Welcome!
Community Hoedown, free food, games and prizes, line dancing instructions, bounce house, face painting and more. All invited!
Join us for an old fashioned Community Hoedown at Zion Lutheran Church, 1501 W. Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, on Sunday August 13th from 12:30 - 2:30 pm. The event will take place on the front lawn but should it rain we will take all the activities inside, so come rain or shine!
Invite friends, family, and neighbors to come and check us out! There will be games and prizes, a picnic style lunch, line dancing lessons lead by a professional line dance caller, a bounce house and face painting! There are activities for all ages.
The youth group will also use this as an opportunity to give out information and
let the congregation know what we have planned for the year, including fun activities,
service, fundraising and highlighting next year’s youth trip to Houston, Texas for the 2018 ELCA National
Youth Gathering! 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America will gather for a week of faith formation.
Come and join us, it will be fun for all. The event is free.
