"The Committee is increasingly seeking to support new and innovative programs that address community health needs," said Karen Campbell, major gifts manager, SJMHS. "Seven project requests were funded this year including a parenting skills enrichment program at Britton Deerfield Schools, an education and support series on aging issues for seniors at the Saline Area Senior Center, and a program to purchase healthy food and snacks to supplement the food pantry at Aid in Milan."
The Endowment makes grants annually and will be accepting applications for the 2018 cycle in January through March of 2018. For more information, please contact Karen Campbell at karen.campbell@stjoeshealth.org.
