SALINE WOOD CARVERS DISPLAY at the District Library during September

During the month of September, some of our members' favorite carvings will be displayed in the showcase by the checkout desk at the Saline District Library.

Our club's annual wood carving show and sale is Saturday, October 7 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Old Liberty School. If you'd like to find out more about our group, and see photos from last year's show, here's our blog address: salinecarversblog.wordpress.com

Wood carving is a LOT of fun, and it can be a great stress reliever. One of our guests last year was an active-duty Army officer, and she told us she carved projects from wood she found in nearly every place she was posted to.
