Updated: Water Main Break Repaired on North Maple Road

A water main break near 494 N. Maple Rd. in Saline has been repaired by the Department of Public Works.

The repair was completed under continuous flow so a boil water advisory is not necessary, according to a release issued by the Department of Public Works. Residents in the vicinity of the break may experience some water discoloration. These residents are advised by the DPW to run the cold water from each faucet until it runs clear.

One of the Lanes on North Maple Road continues to be partially blocked by traffic cones where the work took place.
