Khom Fai Transforms Fat Tuesday Into Hot Tuesday

is doing Fat Tuesday their way, with the kickoff of their first ever Hottest Curry Challenge.

Several local celebrities, including Patch.com’s food contributor , will take the challenge and put their taste buds on the line.

Khom Fai has been busy collecting the hottest peppers it could find to cook up three tantalizing and sweat-inducing curry dishes.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. tonight, so come and cheer on the restaurant’s brave participants.  

For those who can’t make it, Khom Fai will be livestreaming the contest online.

But if you can make it, and you want to experiment with the hot peppers, you will have a chance to win gift certificates and T-shirts.
