The Utica police are looking for leads on a stolen in-dash navigation unit.

A GPS Navigation system was stolen from a minivan parked at the Kindercare Daycare Center on Northpointe Boulevard in Utica.
A Kindercare employee told police she returned to her parked vehicle in the lot just after noon on Oct. 15 to find a hole had been punched through the door and the in-dash navigation system had been torn out.
The thief also tossed her paperwork out the window. However, other valuable electronics that were in the car were not stolen, according to a Utica police report.
