Car Slams Into Elderly St. Clair Shores Woman
An elderly St. Clair Shores woman was hurt Wednesday after being struck in a parking lot.
ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — An 87-year-old St. Clair Shores woman suffered a serious head injury Wednesday after being struck by a car in the parking lot of a medical building on Little Mack Avenue near 10 Mile Road. The woman was transported to St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit for treatment, according to a Macomb Daily report.
Police said the car that struck the woman was driven by an 80-year-old man from St. Clair Shores. The incident occurred at about 2:40 p.m.
