Ice Cream Shops Reopen for the Season
Snow may be on the ground, but there is a sure sign that spring is on the way - the opening of the seasonal ice cream shops.
The temperatures may be as cool as a soft-serve cone, but fans of local seasonal ice cream shops that have missed their favorites treats during the winter can get their fill today as their storm windows come down and the open signs are illuminated.
