Lakeview Splits Doubleheader with Clarkston

The baseball team split a doubleheader with Clarkston on Saturday.
Lakeview won the first game of the twinbill 3-2 as Nino Genna had two hits and a stolen base. Steve Vollmer earned the win by allowing just three hits in six innings, and Alex Galant pitched a scoreless inning of relief for the save.
The Huskies lost the second game to Clarkston 9-5 despite two hits from both Sam Sells and Shawn Adam. Karl Schneider and Adam each drove in two runs for Lakeview.
