Metro Detroit Weekend Weather Forecast Looks Wet
Rain is predicted to start Saturday afternoon and continue off and on through Monday.

It’s most likely going to be a very wet weekend, Metro Detroit. According to the National Weather Service, rain will start sometime after 3 p.m. on Saturday and continue straight through until Monday.
The good news? It’s going to be relatively mild for the first week of November. Highs will top out at 64 degrees on Sunday, about 10 degrees warmer than normal. Here’s a closer look at the weekend forecast:
Saturday: A chance of rain after 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 51. East northeast wind 8 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Saturday Night: Rain likely, mainly before 1am. Areas of fog after 1am.

Otherwise, cloudy, with a temperature falling to near 48 by 8pm, then rising to around 53 during the remainder of the night. East wind 6 to 9 mph becoming south after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Sunday: A chance of rain, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 9am. Areas of fog before 9am. High near 64. South southwest wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Sunday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 3am, then a chance of showers. Low around 48. South southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.
Monday: A chance of showers before 9am. Partly sunny, with a high near 50. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
