NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Trenton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 25, 2021 at 7:00 in City Hall, 2800 Third St. An open meeting will be held in the Council Chambers to solicit comments on proposed text amendments to permit drive-throughs as a special land uses in the B-2 zone and supplemental standards for drive-through addressing parking and circulation. The Planning Commission would like to better align the intent of the zone with permitted special land uses through this text amendment.

Should time permit, public comments may be heard following the conclusion of the hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commission's Clerk in writing on or before the date of the hearing, addressed to the Trenton Planning Commission.
