Police: 2 Men Steal Baby Formula, Red Bull, Beer from Kroger

officers responded to reports of a retail fraud in progress at on John R Road Wednesday evening.

An employee at the store said a man had loaded a shopping cart with Enfamil baby formula, Red Bull energy drink and Heineken beer before running out of the north door of the store pushing the cart, according to a Troy Police media release.

The two men then got into a vehicle and fled the scene. The passenger was carrying merchandise when he got into the vehicle, according to the media release, though much of the stolen merchandise was left behind by the suspects after Kroger employees gave chase.
