Astronomy for Adults: Size and Scale of the Universe at the Troy Public Library

The Troy Public Library presents Astronomy for Adults: Size and Scale of the Universe on Thursday, September 26 from 6:30 -8:30pm.  Part of “Star Tour USA 2013,” this presentation will feature well known Astrophysicist Kevin Manning.  Manning will present a formal 1½-hour Power Point presentation, focusing on the universe from small to very large celestial objects. He will also take patrons outside for a special viewing session of objects in the night sky, such as the rings of Saturn, the moon and more (weather permitting).
