Athens High School Invites Professionals To Speak At Career Day
Chamber Of Commerce Invites Business Professionals To Talk To Athens High Students At Career Day.

Troy’s Athens High School needs local business professionals to speak to students at a career fair on Friday, March 23. The event will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. at Athens High, ADDRESS. The school needs 40 business professionals for a session where students will have the opportunity to talk to seasons pros about current trends in their industries and the best ways to start a career.
Professionals from a diverse range of industries are needed for the event - the school hopes to have no more than two people per industry so students can explore a range of careers. Businesses that need summer interns are especially encouraged to send representatives, according to a release prepared by the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
“This is a great opportunity for our members to connect with high school students and make a difference in their career lives,” the chamber notes. Anyone interested in volunteering for the event should email the Troy Chamber of Commerce at theteam@troychamber.com by Feb. 26.
