I am an advocate for working families, seniors, veterans and the environment; I have experience working and caring for people to live a good life. I have experience using active listening and problem solving skills to brainstorm solutions and positive outcomes.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Resolution that amends the county's non-discrimination policy to include protections for gender identity and expression, veteran status, familial status, and marital status, Feb 2020. Resolution approving $1 million in emergency grant assistance has been allocated for veterans, service members and eligible family members affected by the coronavirus, June 2020. Resolution securing $202,237 for the City of Troy through the county's Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) and additional money for the City of Clawson July 2020. Resolution holding polluters accountable Feb 2020.. Clawson Farmers Market Co-organizer since 2009; Organize Trick or Treat Trail in Clawson through Clawson Youth Assistance; Recycle bins at Clawson City Park.
