TROY, MI — The New Year brought a bundle of joy for Oakland Township parents Becky and Mark Stouffer. They welcomed 2020 first baby in the Beaumont Health system in Michigan.
Little Levi James Stouffer was born at 12:42 a.m. at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. He weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21.5 inches long, hospital officials said.
