Paslin Signs Lease On 140,000-Square Foot Building In Troy
Automotive Manufacturer Leases Troy Facility
Paslin signed a lease on a 140,000-square-foot industrial building at 500 W. Long Lake Road in Troy this week. Founded in 1942, Pauline offers full-service engineering services and also serves as a manufacturer, making welding automation systems for carmakers.
Paslin’s Troy operation will take up the whole facility. Paslin, which operates other plants in Warren and Shelby Township was represented by Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani in the lease negotiations with the undisclosed landlord.
