Photo Hunt: Where in Troy is this Unique View?

Slowly but surely, springtime weather has made its way to Troy. In spite of temperatures more suitable for catching the flu than catching butterflies, the sun is out and people in Troy can be seen all day long enjoying the outdoors.

You can certainly appreciate the picturesque view at the location which this week's photo was taken, while acknowledging the transition season — it's easy to imagine the people driving those cars still driving with the heat on, isn't it?
