Troy Police: Bentley Driver Assaults Man Ogling His Car; Men Fight at Gym

Troy Police responded to the 1000 block of Devon Lane early Saturday morning after receiving several calls about a large fight involving a knife in the condominium complex.
Officers spoke with the victim, who said he and his friends and family had been in a vehicle together when a white, newer model Bentley convertible pulled up next to their car. The victim told police that he and several people in the car stared at the Bentley, which caused the occupants of the Bentley to swear at them, according to a Troy Police media release.
The victim said the Bentley followed them when they went to drop off friends at the condominium complex. Two occupants of the Bentley then got out of the car and attacked him, according to the police report, punching him in the face several times, while the other brandished a knife.

The Bentley had fled the scene before officers arrived, and the victim suffered a minor injury to his lip, according to police.
Garage door, car damaged in knife fight
Troy Police responded to the 3000 block of Cedar Crest late Friday morning for reports of a felonious assault. The victims told police that two men, one of whom was holding a knife, confronted them while they were inside the attached garage of the home.

According to a Troy Police media release, the man holding the knife charged the victims, who retreated into the house without injury. Police said the suspects then damaged the garage door and the roof of a car that was parked in the driveway before they left the scene.
The victims know the suspects and have been in a long-standing dispute with them, according to Troy Police.
Man gets bloody nose in gym fight
Troy Police responded to reports of a fight at . According to a Troy Police media release, a dispute occurred on the basketball court before officers arrived. A 46-year-old Ferndale man was transported to an area hospital with a bloody nose.
