1. Troy Family Daze
- When: Friday, 4-11 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, 12 noon to 9 p.m.
- Where:Â Zion Christian Church (3668 Livernois Rd., Troy)
- What: This fun annual festival is back once again, with carnival rides, games, children's crafts, live entertainment, food, fireworks and other activities for children and adults. Admission is $2 and children under 3 are free. For more information, visit troyfamilydaze.com.
2. WALK for PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease)
- When:Â Saturday, 10 a.m.
- Where:Â Boulan Park (3693 Crooks Rd., Troy)
- What: Come and join the fun for a great cause. There will be a raffle, auction, face painting and games for the kids, the Athens High School cheerleaders, food and drinks. For more information, visit walkforpkd.org/detroit.Â
3. Join Whole Foods Market Troy To Help Make a Difference
- When: Saturday, 12 noon
- Where: Lloyd A Stage Nature Center (6685 Coolidge Hwy., Troy)
- What:Â The Troy Whole Foods Store and Troy Nature Society invite families to participate in the action right in their backyard for a two-hour volunteer project to prepare the Lloyd A. Stage Nature Center for the fall season.
