Troy Man Charged With Child Porn Possession

TROY, MI — A 37-year-old Troy man has been arraigned on multiple charges of possession of child sexually abusive material and the use of a computer to commit a crime. Brandon Donnellon was arraigned Wednesday at the 52-4 District Court and given a $3 million bond.

Donnellon was taken into custody on March 28 by Troy Police and is currently being held at the Oakland County Jail in Pontiac. According to Troy Police Department reports, officers executed a search warrant of Donnellon’s home in July 2016 after receiving information that he was in possession of child pornography.

After a lengthy investigation into digital media devices seized from Donnellon’s home, charges were issued by the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office. The Troy Police Department is asking that anyone with information about this case, including possible victims, to contact its detective bureau at 248-524-3449.
