Eat Your Way Through West Bloomfield Oct. 3

More than a dozen Orchard Lake Road restaurants will offer a taste of their menus Oct. 3, as part of the Greater West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce and West Bloomfield Rotary Club 9th annual Grub Crawl. 

Guests can sample cuisine from Huerto Restaurant & Tequila Bar, Happy’s Pizza and Pub, Outback Steakhouse, La Marsa, Leaf & Berry, Shangri-La Chinese Restaurant, Original Romano’s, Nectars Wine Bar, Zoe’s House of Pancakes, Just Peachy, Champp’s Americana, Mezza Mediterranean Grill and more, according to a Chamber press release. 

“We are really excited to have so many great restaurants participate again in this fun-filled event,” said Suzanne Levine, Greater West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce executive director. “It’s a great way to sample your way through our many fine restaurants on Orchard Lake Road, while connecting with friends, family and the community." 

Last year, more than 100 people enjoyed the evening, while raising more than $1,000 for the family of Officer Patrick O'Rourke, according to Teri Weingarden, this year’s Grub Crawl chair. 

The event has no set route, and typically, the restaurants offer several sample sizes of food that are their specialties.
