Oakland County's First Baby of 2014 Born in West Bloomfield

Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital's first baby of 2014 arrived at 12:13 a.m. on Jan. 1, born to parents Andrea Koman and Matthew Pomeroy of Dearborn. 

Also the first baby born in Oakland County this year, Brody weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 inches long. He's the couple's second child, with a big sister, Olive.

Henry Ford Health Systems' first New Year's baby, Aubrianna Rose Denys, was born at 12:10 a.m. to Tiffany Nardone, 20, and Jonathon Denys, 21, of Clinton Township, at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.
