1.  Take a Tour of Bacon House

Take a guided tour of the historic house home to Bacon Library. Tours are scheduled for the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. Drop by for a behind-the-scenes look at this city treasure.

2.  Garage Sale at Former City Hall

The public event is set for 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 2 and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 3 at 3131 Biddle Ave. Find photos of available items on Craigslist.org.

3.  Get in the Swing of Things at Wyandotte Shores Golf Course

It's not too late to get a round in at Wyandotte Shores Golf Course. While you're there sign up for a 17 and under junior tournament set for Aug. 6.
