Happy first day of September! It’s hard to believe we’re two-thirds of the way through 2011.
- Even though August is over, it will still feel like summer. The heat will be on Thursday, with partly cloudy skies and a predicted high of 89 degrees.
- If it’s Thursday, it means it’s time for the Wyandotte Farmers Market. The market is on First Street and Elm, and it will be open from noon until 6 p.m. Fresh fruit, produce and other items will be available to purchase from a number of vendors, including Juanita’s Salsa.
