Home Depot, Fed Ex Warehouses Coming To Rosemount: Report

ROSEMOUNT, MN — Home Depot and Fed Ex are building warehouses in Rosemount, according to a report by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Scannell Properties will build a Fed Ex warehouse on 86 acres on what is now the Rich Valley Golf Course, the report said. This project would be the first major project east of Highway 52, according to the report.

In late Sept., construction began on a Home Depot distribution center, which was originally called "Project Osprey," in Rosemount's business park, the report said. This project will also include over 210k square feet of outdoor storage space, the publication reported.
