New Restaurant Approved For Vacant Lot In Apple Valley
The owner told Sun Thisweek he hopes to open the restaurant June 2022.
APPLE VALLEY, MN —City Council recently approved plans for a new restaurant for an undeveloped lot in in Orchard Place, west of Pilot Knob Road and north 157th Street, according to a report by Sun Thisweek.
The owner of Copper Pint, the planned restaurant, said he hopes to open in June 2022, according to the report. He also owns Willy McCoy's, which has locations throughout the Twin Cities, and McCoy's Copper Pint in Shakopee, the report said.
Copper Pint will have a rooftop patio, an indoor banquet area on the second floor and outdoor dining, the publication reported.
