18-Year-Old Found Shot To Death In City Of Ramsey, No Arrests Made

Authorities are investigating a homicide after an 18-year-old man was found dead in a vehicle Sunday morning.

According to the Ramsey Police Department, officers responded to the 14600 block of Snowy Owl Street NW at 8:33 a.m. on March 2 after receiving a report of an individual slumped over in a vehicle.

RAMSEY, MN — Authorities are investigating a homicide after an 18-year-old man was found dead in a vehicle Sunday morning, and no arrests have been made.

According to the Ramsey Police Department, officers responded to the 14600 block of Snowy Owl Street NW at 8:33 a.m. on March 2 after receiving a report of an individual slumped over in a vehicle.

At the scene, officers discovered the driver, identified as Diamond Eddie Manly, 18, of Brooklyn Park, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

Investigators have not yet made any arrests and are asking for the public’s help. Anyone with information is urged to contact Anoka County non-emergency dispatch at (763) 427-1212.

The case remains under investigation by the Ramsey Police Department, Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, and the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office. Authorities have not released further details at this time.
