The dual-concept restaurant means Granite City Brewery, which previously only served Sunday brunch, is now offering breakfast every day of the week, company officials told the publication.
The new concept in Maple Grove will serve as a test for a more elevated menu at Village Inn, according to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s report.
