Sunday, Oct. 14, from 1-3 p.m., at Kroening Interpretive Center, North Mississippi Regional Park, Brooklyn Center. Walk and read along the trail as you “step” into the pages of “Leaves” by David Ezra Stein. At the interpretive center, discover why leaves change color, how dead leaves disappear, and try a few leaf rubbing. Co-sponsored by the Friends of Webber Library. This program is free and open to all ages.
