Free Family Funday: Water Works Sunday, Aug. 26, from 1-3 p.m., at Kroening Interpretive Center, in North Mississippi Regional Park, Brooklyn Center. What about water? Explore the properties of water through experiments, make a natural boat to send down the Mississippi, meet live Mississippi River animals and cool down when the water rocket takes off. This program is free and open to all ages. Information provided by Three Rivers Park District.
