Bass Lake Shopping Center in a partnership with Culvers in Plymouth are putting on a free Halloween party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free blow up jumpers, free pumpkins, free popcorn, face painting, and balloon animals.
All located at the Bass Lake Centers parking lot in front of LeVahn Brothers Hardware Hank.
