Fleeing Police, Forgery and Fake Name: Maple Grove Arrest Blotter
The following arrest information was supplied by the Maple Grove Police Department in an adult arrest report for Dec. 30, 2012 to Jan. 6, 2013. It does not indicate charges or a conviction.

- A 46-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for careless driving, traffic violation and DWI near Boone Avenue and Brooklyn Boulevard in Brooklyn Park Dec. 30.
- A 30-year-old St. Francis man was arrested for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, warrant arrest, driving after revocation and possession of a drug paraphernalia near Interstate 94 and Weaver Lake Road Dec. 30.
- A 41-year-old Elk River woman was arrested for DWI near 73rd Avenue and Hemlock Lane North Dec. 31.
- A 26-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for domestic assault near Elm Creek Boulevard and Main Street Dec. 31.
- A 21-year-old Plymouth man was arrested on a warrant arrest and fleeing a police officer near the 12800 block of Arbor Lakes Parkway Jan. 2.
- A 29-year-old Osseo woman was arrested for careless driving, DWI and DUI at the 12000 block of Elm Creek Boulevard Jan. 2.
- A 54-year-old Excelsior man was arrested for providing a false name to a police officer and violating a protection order near 82nd Avenue North and Main Street.
- A 31-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for forgery and providing police with a false name near County Road 30 and Blackoaks Lane Jan. 4.
- A 43-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested for DUI, DWI and careless driving near 76th Place North and Nottingham Parkway Jan. 5.
- A 30-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DUI, DWI and driving after revocation on the 2300 block of Wight Bay Jan. 6.
- A 23-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for DWI, DUI, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia near Elm Creek Boulevard and Main Street Jan. 6.
- A 31-year-old Minnetonka woman was arrested for DUI, DWI and careless driving near County Road 30 and Dunkirk Jan. 6.
