Maple Grove Junior Wins 2 Titles At State Track And Field Meet
Jordyn Borsch set a new state record to win the 400-meter dash, according to results from the Minnesota State High School League.
MAPLE GROVE, MN — Maple Grove High School’s Jordyn Borsch capped her junior year by taking home two titles last weekend at the state track and field meet.
Borsch won the Class AAA girls 100-meter and 400-meter dashes, edging out Edina star athlete Maddie Dahlien in both races, according to the Minnesota State High School League.
She finished 0.03 seconds ahead of Dahlien to claim gold in the 100-meter dash and set a new state record to win the 400-meter dash, results from the MSHSL show.

The Maple Grove junior earned third place in the 200-meter dash at the state track and field meet at St. Michael-Albertville High School.
Maple Grove High School finished in seventh place overall at the girls Class AAA state meet, with 35 points. Rosemount won the state meet with 93 points, MSHSL statistics show.
