Teen Vanishes In North Twin Cities Metro: FBI, BCA Join Urgent Search
Police say there's been no activity on the teen's phone or social media. A person of interest has been identified.

COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, MN — The Columbia Heights Police Department and Anoka County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help locating 16-year-old Jordan Collins Jr., known as "Manny," who has been missing since May 8.
Manny was last seen near the 4900 block of University Avenue NE in Columbia Heights. He was wearing a white ribbed tank top and red-and-black plaid pants.
He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Since his disappearance, there has been no known phone or social media activity from him, authorities said.
Law enforcement agencies, including the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), the FBI, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and Northstar Search and Rescue, are assisting in the search.

Authorities have conducted coordinated searches of parks and neighborhoods near 49th Avenue NE and University Avenue NE. Forensic evidence has been collected and is currently being processed.
A person of interest has been identified, though no arrests or charges have been filed.
Investigators are asking residents and business owners in the 4900 block of University Avenue NE to check their properties for anything suspicious.
Those with home or business surveillance footage between May 8 and May 12, especially any showing Manny or unusual activity, are asked to upload it to this evidence portal.
