1. A third former police officer testified Monday in the federal trial accusing Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao of violating George Floyd's civil rights. Lane described Floyd as "handcuffed and out of control" upon his arrest in 2020. (Paid source: Star Tribune)

4. A memorial will be held today for 15-year-old Deshaun Hill, who was shot and killed in North Minneapolis earlier this month. The service will take place at Frank J. Lindquist Sanctuary on the campus of North Central University. (LBC)
5. Gas prices are on the rise in the Twin Cities, with a 10-cent increase over the past week. According to AAA, the national average price per gallon is $3.53. (CBS)
