1. Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s office is working with the U.S. embassy in Ukraine to locate a missing Minnesotan. Tyler Jacob’s mother told ABC she fears he was taken by the Russian military. (Patch)

2. Minneapolis school board member Josh Pauly has resigned. "I don't feel like I am in a place where I can work towards rebuilding trust with the current MPS leadership,” he told the Star Tribune. (Paid source: Star Tribune)

3. Acadia Cafe will remain closed indefinitely after a University of Minnesota bus crashed into the building on Tuesday. Donors raised more than $10,000 through a GoFundMe page for the West Bank bar. (Patch)

4. The Minneapolis Ethical Practices Board has dismissed ethics complaints against Mayor Jacob Frey in relation to the Amir Locke shooting. The mayor’s office announced Wednesday that the complaints were dismissed as “meritless.” (CBS)
